The compiler of this Treasure Hunt accepts no responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, damage, injury or inconvenience whatsoever however sustained or caused as a result of using this GPS Treasure Hunt. By taking part in the GPS Treasure Hunt Event I and anyone accompanying me agrees to do so entirely at our own risk.
Any disputes relating to the hunts will be adjudicated by GPShunts, their decision will be final.
By taking part in the Event you agree to grant permission for GPShunts to access your GPS location and share it with other participants for the duration of the game. For more information, please refer to our Data Protection Policy.
We do not offer refunds on our digital products, If you wish to exchange your Event ticket for another date or location please get in touch with us using our contact page or by emailing us at info@gpshunts.co.uk 48 hours before the start of your event and we can arrange this for you.
Third party technologies.
The hunt relies on the various technologies in order to work. GPS Hunts will not accept any liability if this technology is temporarily or permanently unavailable, GPS Hunts liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid for the treasure hunt event.
The hunt relies on your network provider to connect to the internet. Any charges made by your network provider for connection to the internet and for the cost of any data transfer to and from your device are your responsibility. GPS Hunts accepts no responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, damage, or inconvenience whatsoever if you are unable to connect to your network provider in the location of your hunt. If you are unsure then we suggest you check your network provider's coverage at UKmobilecoverage
